Westside High School’s Welding Program is one of the oldest and most distinguished welding programs in the region, and it's undergoing a major expansion! The program itself was established in 1955, and in its 60 plus year history it has maintained a strong commitment to preparing students for careers in the welding arts.
The completed project significantly expanded the current welding space and program, which will help meet the demand for welding courses. The project also provides an instructional space that is conducive to the education that students need in order to enhance their exposure to welding, and develop the skills needed for this high demand career field.
Please take the time to view our information packet about the Welding Project.
